All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, inability to attend, or event preference changes.
D2DCon reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, venues, session times, entertainment, workshops, or event experiences without notice.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, transportation, and personal expenses associated with attending the event.
D2D Experts and D2DCon are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended personal belongings during the event.
By attending D2DCon, attendees grant permission for D2D Experts and affiliated partners to capture and use photographs, video recordings, testimonials, and event media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Attendees agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event. D2DCon reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or harmful behavior.
D2DCon does not guarantee any specific business results, earnings, networking opportunities, sales outcomes, or financial performance from attending the event.
